Listowel, Jan. 14—Snow Blockade—The snow blockade on the Kincardine Branch of the Wellington, Grey, and Bruce Ry., occasioned by the storm of last Saturday and Sunday, was no sooner cleared away than the storm of yesterday and to-day again brought all communication by rail to a complete standstill to the great annoyance and inconvenience of the travelling public. The first mail since Friday was received here last evening. The G.W.R. employes [sic] have been hard at work all day clearing the track, and the first trains will go up some time to-night or to-morrow evening.
