The Grand Trunk is going to run a "lightning express" train through from Boston to Chicago, without change, in eleven hours.

The mail now arrives from the east at 12.35 and departs for the East at 2.20 p.m. via Canada Air Line Railway. The night mail to and from Brantford is still continued. The Port Dover and Port Rowan stages carrying the mails arrive here at ten a.m. and depart at two p.m.; also a stage for Port Dover leaves Simcoe on the arrival of the express train from Buffalo, at 7.18 p.m.
