Grand River Ry.—We are officially advised that in addition to the 2 miles revision between Hespeler and Preston, now under construction, which has already been described, the company contemplates making a revision of the freight line between Kitchener and Waterloo, 2 miles, and a change of route in the City of Galt, so as to transfer its line to a private right-of-way.
