The Grand Trunk Railway station was destroyed by fire about 2 a.m. last Sunday. It is supposed that the fire was started by a spark from a passing engine. There were only a few people present to fight the flames and they had to work hard to keep the other buildings nearby from being consumed. A passenger car is being used as a temporary station.
