Mount Dennis must continue to wait for a railway station. This was the decision of the Grand Trunk Railway, which was given to a deputation from the Mount Dennis Transportation Committee, which visited upon Superintendent R. H. Fish, of the Grand Trunk Railway Lines in Ontario on Wednesday. It was explained that at present it would be impossible to provide the station, owing to other more necessary expenditures. At last night's meeting of the Mount Dennis Ratepayers' Association, the Transportation Committee, in making its report, stated that the Grand Trunk Railway had intimated that they would give the matter further consideration, and that it was reasonable to expect that it was reasonable to expect that the new station would be built at a date no very far distant.
