Whereas by the Act of Incorporation, the Board of Directors is empowered to call in a first instalment of ten per cent. on the Capital Stick, giving 30 days' notice of same:
Notice is hereby given, that such instalment of ten per cent. is required to be paid in, at the Bank of Upper Canada (the Bank of the Company) or its branches, on or before the 1st day of September next.
