On motion of Sir Allan MacNab, the Petition of Andrews Elliott, Townreeve, and others, of Galt, in the County of Halton, praying that the Great Western Railroad Charter be so amended as to enable the Company to construct a branch from their main line to the Town of Galt, was received and read; and referred to the Standing Committee on Railroads and Telegraph Lines.
