Ontario, Simcoe and Huron Railroad.—The following gentlemen comprise the Board of Directors of this Company, viz:—Charles Berczy, Esq., President; Joseph C. Morrison, Esq., Vice President; Hon. H. J. Boulton; Wm. [illegible—Armens], Esq., Warden County Simcoe; B. W. Smith, Esq., Sheriff County Simcoe; George Barlow, Esq.; Hugh Scobie, Esq.; [illegible] C. Gilmour, Esq.; and Mr. Alderman Armstrong. The Secretary of the Company is William Sladden, Esq.
