The Barrie Heralds says, in reference to the Toronto and Lake Huron Railroad, the Railway from this place to Lake Huron is, we understand, being pressed forward by Messrs. Gardiner & Gibbard. Mr. Gardiner, with his staff, are engaged upon the line to the mouth of the Nottawasaga, while Mr. Gibbard will take change of a party between Barrie and Penetanguishene.
