Under the caption "Mr. Pugsley and the Metropolitan", appears a communication in the Toronto Junction Tribune, signed "R. Harper" in which the action of Mr. Pugsley, formerly Reeve of Richmond Hill and now a County Councillor from Vaughan division, is very severely criticized. Indeed, from the arraignment presented it would be no particularly strained conception to conclude Mr. Pugsley was an interested promoter of the aforesaid company. Some other members of the County Council, for the past few years, may have some sins to answer for in connection with the same Company when all the facts come out.
