The Electric Belt Line railway communication is now said to be on the tapistapis: under consideration or discussion. The route proposed is a continuation of the line from Richmond Hill up Yonge Street to Newmarket, thence along the Town Line or via the 4th con. to Kettleby and on to Schomberg; thence south via Nobleton and other local centres to Dundas Street and Toronto. This scheme has been started, we understand, to even up with the big railway corporations for having cut off commutation tickets and other privileges lately; but like a good many other flighty schemes, it will end in talk.
