Railway tickets.
Since the last issue of the Era we learn that the item about railway tickets only applies to the cities and suburbs, though we may say that our information was confirmed by a conductor on this line who led us to believe the tickets were on sale at all stations. The agent here, Mr. McClelan, informs us that the 10-ride tickets are not sold on the Northern Division north of Davenport. The only reduced far ticket, outside of the regular 30-day return, that is now issued at Newmarket is a 46-trip student's ticket, which is good only for the person named thereon and must be used within one month from date of issue.
