Moved by Mr. Gallaugher, sec'd by Mr. Davis that Councillor Legge be authorized to notify the Metropolitan R.R. to have certain repairs made to ditches on Yonge St., and if they do not comply at once he put the matter in the hand sof the Railway Committee of the County Council.—Carried.
