The contracts let.
The manager and other officers of the Office Specialty Co. were in town on Tuesday and let the contracts for their new factory. Mr. Ed. Richardson of Newmarket has the carpenter work, Mr. Browning of Aurora the mason work, and Mr. G. A. Binns the roofing and conducting pipe. The building will extend 300[?] feet along the south side of Timothy st. from the railway track east. The work of excavating has commenced and the building will be proceeded with as fast as the material can be got on the grounds.
