The Specialty works.

Progress is slow on the new building but the Office Specialty Co. evidently know the value of the substantial foundation. The new factory will be built across the race and in order to make a permanent job the earth is being all removed, also the cedar logs that spanned the race, and an arch of brick and cement will be built the whole width of building. That is what the men are now working at.
