Judge Macdougall, on Monday last, as an arbitrator, heard the case of Capt. Armstrong of Lloydtown and the Schomberg and Aurora Railway Co. This line was to have its terminus at Lloydtown, according to an agreement with Capt. Armstrong, and he now claims damages because it stops at Schomberg and left Lloydtown out in the cold. The case was adjourned for the report of the engineer.
