Application to Parliament.
Notice is hereby given that application will be made on behalf of The Schomberg and Aurora Railway Company to the Legislature of the Province of Ontario at its next Session for an Act to amend the Act confirming by-law Number 66 of the Township of King, being 1 Edward VII (Ontario) Chapter 57, by extending the time therein provided for completing the railway and empowering the Township of King to pay to the Schomberg and Aurora Railway Company the bonus therein mentioned, notwithstanding anything contained in the said Act and schedules thereto, and for all other powers necessary in the premises.
