Lumber firm will leave Bradford.

Mickle, Dyment and Son decide to locate near Toronto.

The fact that the firm of Mickle, Dyment and Son find it necessary to leave Bradford and move nearer to their market in Toronto is giving businessmen in the village food for thought. The board of trade held a meeting to try and make some arrangement which would retain the lumber mill, but without result.

A resolution was then passed urging the town council to hold a special meeting and consider to hold a special meeting and consider what substantial assistance they could offer to any manufacturer who would establish a factory in the village.
