James Bay Ry.—The station in Parry Sound has been completed and the track laid into it and into the yard adjoining. The survey parties that were in the field during the past fall between Parry Sound and French River have complete their work and are preparing plans, upon which definite location surveys will be made. Two routes were surveyed between Canal Rapids and French River. The distance between Parry Sound and French River is 60 miles. Application will be made at the next session of the Dominion Parliament for an extension of time for the completion of this line. (Nov., 1902, pg. 383.)
