Will run through Orillia.
Town ratified agreement with James Bay Railway.
Orillia, May 18.—The ratepayers today ratified the agreement entered into by the Town Council and the James Bay Railway whereby the company undertakes to run its main line through this town in return for a bonus $30,000 and the right-of-way through the municipal property on the lake front. This is expected to settle the question of which side of Lake Couchiching the James Bay Railway will run. Now the town has definitely accepted the terms offered by the railway company, it is not anticipated that there will be any further difficulty.
