—A severe snowstorm raged at Orillia on Friday night last and up to noon Saturday. Five trains were blocked between Orillia and Barrie, and no mail on the Northern has reached that town since Friday noon. The Midland road is open and trains run on time. The storm damaged the electric light wires, leaving the town in darkness, and did considerable damage to property. All approaches to the town were blocked, and business at a standstill. No trains from the north have arrived since Friday morning last.
