Temiskaming and Northern Ontario Ry.—Sir James Witney, Premier of Ontario, stated in a speech recently that the G.T.R. is to pay the T. and N.O.R. $300,000 a year for running rights between North Bay and Cochrane, Ont. The G.T.R. will also pay a proportion of the maintenance expenses.
