Level crossings, Montréal to Lachine.—The Board of Railway Commissioners had under consideration Dec. 1, the question of the level crossings between Montréal and Lachine. The Board directed the filing of plans by Montréal West, Lachine, and St. Pierre, showing all crossings of highways and railways together with any suggestions with regard to the elimination of the crossings or protecting the same. The matter will come up for consideration again early in the new year.
