Toronto and York Radial By.—The extension from Newmarket to Jackson's Point, Ont., is being completed and the regular passenger and freight service is expected to be started May 1. The extension is 24 miles long, the whole line. from Toronto to faekson's Point being 54 miles long. Surveys are being made for a branch from Mulock's Corners to Bradford, via Holland Landing, about five miles. (Mar., pg. 191.)
