Grand Trunk Railway betterments, construction, etc.
Alexandria, Ont.—The G.T.R. station and restaurant at Alexandria, Ont., were destroyed by fire July 14, by sparks from a locomotive. The buildings were of frame and were erected over 30 years ago. The erection of a new station, which has been talked of for some time, will now be taken in hand immediately.
