Elevator B dock, Port Arthur.—Tenders were invited to Aug. 18 for removing the old dock, situated out shore from Elevator B, Port Arthur, Onto The dock is of timber deck constructed on piles and it is estimated that there are 1700 piles and approximately 200,000 ft. b.m. of timber walling and deck to be salvaged.
