Cataraqui Bay spur line.—C.N.R. officials have advised the Mayor of Kingston, Ont., that the cost to the city for the construction of the spur line to the Kingston Elevator Co.'s grain elevator under construction at Cataraqui Bay will not exceed $10,000. The city authorized an expenditure of approximately $75,000 in Dec. 1929. (Press report.)
