James Bay R.R.
A few days ago an injunction was issued forbidding the James Bay R.R. to cross Mrs. W. F. Maclean's farm on the banks of the Don River. The case was heard Monday morning, when the railway was ordered to pay $3,000 into court as security for costs in the impending action. The injunction is dissolved, and the railway will now be allowed to cross the property.
