Mr. J. H. Dunlop, of Toronto was present and addressed the Council with a view of ascertaining what inducements the Village would offer in the event of his locating his greenhouses here. Mr. Goulding and Mr. Garraby also spoke on the matter, which the Council promised to take in to their serious consideration.
