Site for C.N.R. station for Kingston is selected

Kingston, Sept. 1.—The City of Kingston will have a new Canadian National Railways station on the north side of Provincial Highway No. 2, near the Bath Road. The present bends in the main line just east of the present junction station and again between this city and Collins Bays are to be straightened. A spur, running to the new grain elevator to be built on Little Cataraqui Bay, is to be constructed this fall. The whole Canadian National Railways line will be reconstructed from east of the present junction station to Collins Bay.
