Warrant for Maguire

Yardman held responsible for fatal collision at Mount Vernon

Brantford, Oct. 15.—A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Yardman Maguire of the Grand Trunk local staff. He is alleged to have been responsible for the movements of trains which figured into the recent collision near Mount Vernon, in which two Londoners and one Brantford man was killed. After the wreck he was suspended, and later left the city. He cannot be located, and as yet the warrant has not been executed.
