Last week (Thursday) [Sept. 11] at the C.P.R. Crossing, Mr. Moyes, of the Metropolitan, presented Mrs. Shelton with the last spike driven on the Aurora Schomberg Railway—the spike had been coated with silver, and will be kept by Mrs. S., who is about 85 years of age, as a memento of her participation in the work.
