Who's to blame?
The Metropolitan Ry. has a queer way of doing business. Sometime the six o'clock car leaves at Huron Street and sometimes it doesn't go down to the north end. Passenger who wait at the north end run the risk of being left. This indifference should not be allowed by the Council.
