Schomberg and Aurora Ry.—An action is being heard at Toronto against the S. and A. Ry. Co., by shareholders of the Metropolitan Ry. who acquired the shares of Capt. Armstrong and other promoters of the line, for damages for breach of contract. The allegation is that the plans for the railway were changed in such a way that the line was not built to Lloydtown. An endeavour was made to effect a settlement, but it failed and evidence is being taken by Judge Winchester. (Feb., pg. 46.)
