In the Session the other day an old story was aired when the Metropolitan Co. case was again traversed to the next term. The Company stand charged with maintaining a nuisance by allowing its waiting room and freight shed to stand on Yonge Street, at the city terminus of the line. The Company promised that a new station would be built, which will not occupy any portion of the street and go an adjournment accordingly.
