At last report, the trolley was open from Toronto to Elgin Mills. In addition to the snow, the ice has to be picked out along side of the rails nearly every foot of the way. It was expected that the powerhouse would be reached yesterday. Two gangs of men are still at work but it will take several days to reach Newmarket yet.
