The Pattee and Lett Co. (Ltd.) has been incorporated under the Dominion Companies' Act for the purpose, among other things, of operating refrigerator and other cars for the carriage of fruit, flowers, etc., throughout Canada. C. B. H. G., and L. G. Pattee, C. B. Powell, of San Francisco, Cal., are the provisional directors. The capital is $100,000, and the offices are at Ottawa.
