Judgment has been given by Justice Anglin, in the action of the Hamilton City Council against the Hamilton Street Ry., in which the former is asked for an order to compel the company to replace the present restricted service with a schedule of cars which was formerly in use. The court decided that the city had not the right, under its agreement with the company, to regulate service.
