Bessemer and Barry's Bay Ry.—A meeting of shareholders was held at Bessemer, Ont., Mar. 31, to authorize the issue of bonds to the extent of $100,000 for the purpose of constructing the proposed railway, or such part thereof as may be agreed on, and to authorize the placing of a mortgage upon the company's property to secure the same.
