London track elevation.—Several informal discussions have taken place at meetings of committees of the London, Ont., City Council, respecting the elevation of the tracks there. It is understood that the Railway Committee has decided to visit Chicago and look over the work of track elevation there which the G.T.R. has just completed, before taking up the further discussion of the matter with the G.T.R.
