Kingston, Ont.—E. H. Fitzhugh, Vice President, met the Kingston Board of Trade, Jan. 12, and discussed the question of better facilities. He stated that with the construction of the Kingston, Smith's Falls and Ottawa Ry., which it was hoped would be undertaken at an early date. Kingston would be made a divisional point, and it would then be possible to make improvements. He could not promise that the construction at the line would be started this year.
