Toronto and York Radial Ry.—The Toronto Board of Control, Mar. 23, discussed the question of the
third railon the Metropolitan Division of the T. and Y.R.Ry. within the city, so as to permit of the operation of city cars over it. The matter is now under the consideration of the city's legal department. (Nov., 1909, pg. 849.)
