Cane's factory.
A good deal of overtime was put in last week in order to catch up to orders in some lines. The men are still as busy as bees on the screen doors and windows. The firm stated out to make this season, 7000 doors and 8000 windows, but from the way orders are coming in they fear this not meet the demands of the trade and the output will still further be increased before leaving this class of work.
The inside woodwork for a fine residence at Penetang, was shipped on Tuesday. The factory is very busy on this class of work., which is giving universal satisfaction.
