Sealed Tenders marked on the outside Tender—Harbor Street Retaining Wall, and addressed to Mr. S. B. Wass, Terminal Engineer, Canadian National Railways, Room 232, New Union Station, Toronto, Ont., will be received up to 12 o'clock Noon, Wednesday, August 31st, 1927.

Plans, Specifications and Form of Contract and Instructions for Tendering may be seen and Form of Tender obtained at the Terminal Engineer's Office as noted above.

Tenders will not be considered unless submitted on the forms supplied by the Railway Company and in accordance with Instructions for Tendering.

The lowest or any Tender not necessarily accepted.
