Canadian National Railways, Central Region, Toronto
It is the intention of the Canadian National Railways to dispose of, by sale, property (land and buildings) situated in the Town of Leaside, County of York, Province of Ontario, said property being composed of part of Lots Thirteen (13) and Fourteen (14), located easterly of Laird Drive, northerly of the Railway right of way, and southerly of Commercial Street, containing an area of seventy-seven (77) acres more or less.
This property will be sold in parcels for industrial purposes and plan showing same may be seen in the Office of the Right of Way Agent, Canadian National Railways, Room 454, New Union Station, Toronto.
Persons interested should send in their tenders not later than the Twelfth day of December, 1927, addressed to :
