York County blocks disposal of radial.
Injunction restrains city from dismantling Metropolitan.
Gideon Grant, K.C., special counsel for York County obtained an interim injunction for one week from Mr. Justice Raney in Osgoode Hall restraining the city and the T.T.C. from "removing, selling, disposing or dismantling the property of the Toronto and York Radial Co., and the Metropolitan Radial Co."
A motion to continue the injunction until trail will be made this Friday and will have the effect of preventing any disposal of the radial until the question of the city's power to cease operating cars is decided.
