Writing the rules.
With an extra coach on the siding, the authorities are rushing the local men through the Rule Examinations as quickly as possible. These rules, as laid out by the Board of Railway Commissioners, went into effect on Sunday, and it is the intention to have all the men instructed this week. Mr. Fred Normal, who has been instructor at the different stations, returned to Allandale, and is now assisting Mr. Jas. McMillan with the local railway employees.
