Tenders.

Sealed tenders, endorsed "Tenders for Tannery Building", will be received, separately or in bulk, by undersigned up to Saturday, April 16th, at noon, for Tannery Buildings at Newmarket.

Size approximately as follows: Main building 310×42, three stories, wing 120×50 feet, power house 40×52 feet, brick chimney 95 feet high.

Foundation will be cement concrete.

Superstructure may be either brick or cement.

Plans and specifications may be seen at office of James Acton Publishing Co., 400 Board of Trade Building, Toronto; or with O. E. Tench, Architect, Newmarket.

A marked check or cash deposit for 3 per cent. of amount to accompany Tender, which will be returned to unsuccessful tenderers. Lowest or any other tender not necessarily accepted.
