Collingwood dock.—The renewal of the sections of this dock destroyed by fire last fall is now in progress. The track piles have been driven, & work has been started on the freight shed, which will be 250×80 ft.—82 ft. longer than the one destroyed—with necessary offices, waiting & baggage rooms. The new dock will be 2 ft. lower than the old one, which will be found much more convenient for loading & unloading vessels.
