Bay of Quinte Ry.—We were recently advised that nothing had been determined in reference to the proposed extension of the line northwards from Tweed. Work is reported to have commenced on the construction of a line from Deseronto to Napanee, which will give direct connection with the main line north of Napanee and from Napanee to Sydenham. At present the Co., has running powers over the G.T.R. between Deseronto Jct. and Napanee. (Aug., pg. 262.)
